Housing will be about 34% less in Knoxville than in Nashville, with both home prices and rent being significantly lower. We enjoyed the hiking trails and area. Visitors can enjoy the wave pool, water slides, lazy river, and more. As for what there is to look at, it's mainly Andrew Jackson's house with a few buildings you can walk into but there's not much in them and they're very small, I believe they have an event we're they play some older sport. This is such a beautiful and well-maintained park. Wealth of information! Although in the same state, Knoxville does not see nearly as much severe weather as Nashville. Also, if you want to spend a day in the city, Nashville is less than 45 minutes away. Compared to other schools in the nation, the public school systems test below average for nationally administered testing.
