Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand partner & client base.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Drive and develop revenue opportunities through digital sales, event sponsorships and customised roundtable events.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide training and support to the sales team to improve their performance.
• Participate in sales events and trade shows to promote the company and its products/services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products/services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred.
