Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop a strategy to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Engaging in sales activities in order to secure the continuous growth of business.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products/services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • UAE driving license is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
