We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
- Engaging in sales activities in order to secure the continuous growth of business.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new products/services.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- UAE driving license is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
